Real Estate Salespersons course- $279
Fee includes your textbook and materials 		Pre-licensing requirements.
  • 13 two hour modules
  • Prepares you for the state exam
  • Taught through videos and live study sessions
Real Estate Broker course- $349
Fee includes your textbook and materials 		Required to obtain your Massachusetts Brokers license.
  • Taught in 16 two hour modules
  • Special emphasis on appraising
    and commercial Brokerage
Continuing Education- $40 per 2 hour class
Fee includes your materials 		Required real estate continuing education.
  • 12 hours every 2 years are required
    to maintain your Massachusetts real estate license
